I appreciated the location of the hotel, which was very close to the airport. It is part of the free shuttle route, where the shuttle comes directly in front of the lobby entrance. We booked the room so that we could easily make the morning flight out and everything was perfect. Because of the work being done at the airport, it wasn't clear where to take the shuttle to initially get to the hotel the night before. The staff was very helpful and patiently explained how to find the shuttle stop. In the states, Best Western isn't known for cleanliness but at this Best Western Plus, the hotel was immaculate. I highly recommend the hotel.

The Hotel is situated on only few minutes from Orly Airport and it is very convenient if you want an accommodation close to this airport. They provide free shuttle bus which actually serves few other similar hotels in this area and you need to consider that it stops in-front of each of them and simply collect guests to the airport. (you can also use this option on arrival). The bus has scheduled departures and it respects them. The room was very appropriate for our needs as it had two big french beds and we did not need to pay for two rooms. It was the most convenient ratio between the price and value of the room, as it was sufficiently big. We also had a free breakfast which exceeded our expectations and we were lucky we had enough time in the morning to use it. There was also free water, coffee and tea in the room.

It has a free shuttle bus to the airport which came on time. Make sure you are waiting outside for it as it leaves quickly. Shuttle starts at 5am. It was a good hotel for an early morning flight but I wouldn’t stay there longer than one night unless you have your own transport. There is nothing to do. There is a restaurant on site but nothing else around the property unless you have a car and can drive somewhere. The room was big with an extra large bed. The lighting was subdued and felt a bit dark.Small windows in the room due to the motorway and airport being close. It wasn’t noisy though. We caught an Uber from central Paris to get to the property which cost 30 euros. Other transport options seemed too hard. It has decent size elevators which are quick

Property was under maintenance so corridors were dirty and also some noise in the morning, I think price should be adjusted if there are work happening Also be aware shuttle finishes at 11 pm and taxi at airport denied several times to take us because too close to airport. We end up to take the tram pass midnight with my kids. I took hotel near airport to go fast to bed once arrived and it was stressful, if it was now I will have gone further away to avoid this! We did talk to airport staff but they told us at this time of the night there is no police so taxi drivers do what they want!

Reception. Room division manager Mr Selwyn was excellent in efficiency and service. My wife had a fall and all the front office staff swept into action and got her into hospital and waited for her. Mr Javid (if I remember right) was most helpful here. The 2 lady staff were also most helpful. All in all it was a remarkable experience. Thank you everyone.

The front desk clerk was very professional and friendly. My room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast accommodations were out of this world delicious and ample choices to satisfy one's diet. Overall staff very friendly as well. The shuttle ride to the airport was a plus. Love, love that hotel.

Very nice large room, comfortable bed. Although very noisy outside, it was nice and quiet when the windows were closed. Free wi-fi which also worked perfectly. Free water bottles in the room daily. Great location as the tram station (to Paris and orly airport) is only a 5 minutes walk. Reliable airport shuttle. Very friendly staff.

It is the perfect place if you want to be closed to the airport. It offers a shuttle that runs frequently. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the fact that they have a machine to fill my water bottle for free.
